Ingredients:
-1 banana
-a handful of frozen strawberries
-a handful of frozen blueberries
-a handful of frozen baby spinach
-a spoonful of peanut butter
-milk (or almond milk)
-blackberries
**feel free to add more or less of these ingredients as you want, it's your smoothie!
Instructions:
Throw in blender, fill to top with milk.
