Bread

Ingredients:

-2 cups of warm water

-1/2 cup granulated sugar

-1 1/2 tsp yeast

-1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil

-6 cups flour

-1 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions:

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the water in a bowl, then add the rest of your ingredients, save for the flour.

  2. Add 1/2 cup of flour at a time, stirring a couple times after each cup. Your dough may be sticky, but knead it a couple times on a floured surface.

  3. Grease the bowl with some olive oil, and put the dough in and cover the bowl with a damp towel, and let it sit and rise for an hour

  4. After the hour is up, knead the dough on a floured surface again, then split it in half and put in seperate bread pans, spraying the pans before putting the dough in.

  5. Heat oven to 350 F and put the bread in for 36 minutes.
