Ingredients:
-1/2 cup of flour
-1/2 cup of milk
-2 eggs
-1 teaspoon of butter (and more to grease the pan with)
-1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl
Heat a pan on the stove and grease it with butter
Add some of your mix, and spread it out on the pan so it is thin and not thick
It is ready to flip when you can shake the pan and the crepe moves as well.
Add toppings when you take crepe out of the pan.
